Here are a few guidelines and a way to get started today for a customized plan and recipes set up a session with Jillian today.
1. Find your Dosha
2. Eat with the season
3. Winter Cleanse Starter Guide:
Start each day with two glasses of warm or room temperature water, one with half a lemon squeezed into it. This will get the body moving on the inside.
Breakfast: small bowl of warm whole grains like millet, quinoa or brown rice cooked in water and sprinkled with cinnamon.
Lunch: One to two medium bowls of steamed vegetables with leafy greens. The greens will move through your digestive tract like a feather duster pulling out toxins and junk.
Dinner: winter soup
Before Bed: Consume no food after 7 Pm just water and herbal teas. Try ginger or mint to aid in digestion.
